LA is a metaphor for a person's deepest and most intangible dreams. This song at its core is about going after something you know is nearly impossible to attain with reckless abandon. It is a very introspective song with a tinge of melancholy until it gets to the bridge where the characters resolve kicks into high gear. We all owe it to ourselves to dream. LA is a reminder of that. A perfect song as an instrumental or with lyrics for film, TV, commercials, charitable organizations, specific causes, etc.
