This is a soft and reflective piano tune. The melody is slow and beautiful, with lush chords throughout. This sounds very similar to the sad or poignant section of a film score (or video game or television show). This song is perfect for that "emotional" scene. It was originally written as a reminiscent tune to accompany the soundtrack of a yearbook video.
