An arrangement by Mark Hayes of a Shaker song written in 1828.  Originally written by Joseph Brackett. Arranged for solo soprano voice and piano accompaniment, this is a lively and tuneful dance into Americana.  This particular arrangement allows for some lovely soaring soprano moments in addition to the very well known melody.  This is a very tuneful combination of classically styled lyrical soprano and simple melodic movement set to a light and spirited accompaniment. Similar to Doll on a Music Box/Truly Scrumptious in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
