Low atmospheric piece played on steel guitar in a "sad blues religion" mood. Dark, quiet and bittersweet. Halfway through the track a sequencer synth pulse bass comes along, like in some mysterious Tangerine Dream piece. There should be plenty of space left for your dialoge and sync sound along this cinematic music.
