This is a slow, Oom-Pa, comedy cue that features bass trombone (Tuba), wah wah mute trombones banjo and silly percussion. Think lazy circus clown, drunken stumbling, clumsiness, sleepiness, toddlers dancing or baby animals. Pretty much anything that needs funny, lightly scored waltz music.
